After period close
Four questions and four answers
Answer a dispute with a document
When an owner questions the calculation, you have a document that shows its working: measurement dates, indexes, allocation ratios and the amount due, all on the same page.
- Cost allocation statement per unit
- Time and outcome of every reading attempt
- A breakdown of the calculation parameters
The posting list goes on the noticeboard
Regulation requires statements to be posted at the building entrance. The posting list carries no email address, phone number or unit-specific link — it is built to be displayed publicly.
- No personal data on the posting list
- A separate delivery tracking list for management
- Print-ready output
Residents see their own statement
When a period is closed, a separate link is produced for each unit and delivered to residents. A resident never signs in to the panel; they see only their own document.
- Unit-specific link
- Email, SMS or browser notification
- A report of who was reached
A ready answer to the fixed-charge question
Part of the heating cost is shared by measured consumption and the rest by heated area. The area-based part is that unit's share of the building's common heat loss, and the statement shows it as its own line.
- Measured and area-based shares shown separately
- The ratio is a project parameter
- Regulatory basis printed on the statement
Frequently asked questions
What management teams ask
How do residents see their bills?
A separate link is produced for each unit when the period is closed. The notification goes to residents and, if you want, to the site management as well. Statements can also be printed as a posting list.
What happens to a unit whose meter could not be read?
The calculation does not stop. Turkish regulation defines two routes: that unit's own previous comparable period, or the consumption of comparable units in the same period. Both are applied from a single screen.
Can we put the posting list on the noticeboard? Does it contain personal data?
The posting list contains no email address, phone number or unit-specific statement link — it is designed to be posted publicly. The delivery tracking list does carry personal data and statement links; that document is for management only.
