Privacy policy

This policy covers data obtained through the novusoft.com.tr website operated by Novus Enerji Sistemleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi and through use of the NovuSoft software. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the data protection notice.

The site requires no registration and runs no third-party analytics. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, the information you send is processed solely to answer your request.

The server hosting the site may keep standard access logs (IP address, request time, browser information) for security and error tracking. These logs are not used for marketing.

The software processes project, unit, meter, index and cost allocation data along with owner and tenant contact details. The controller of that data is the metering company or site management receiving the service; NovuSoft acts as a data processor in that relationship.

Every user sees only the projects they have been given access to. The partner hierarchy is part of the data model: one partner's data is never opened to another.

Remotely read indexes cannot be edited by hand in the panel. A correction is made by deleting the record and entering a manual index in its place, and every reading keeps its source — remote, app, Excel or manual. This design exists to preserve the evidential value of the record when a cost allocation is disputed.

Data is protected with authenticated access, role-based permissions and encrypted connections (HTTPS). Backups and access rights are reviewed regularly.
