Six things that are the same in all four
Every write is read back
Each written value is read from the device again and compared. You never leave site believing a value was written when it was not.
It will not write to an unknown device
If the device identity cannot be verified, the write step never opens — closing the risk of bricking a module by touching the wrong device.
Daily log
What was written to which device during the day goes into a log and exports as Excel (CSV). When asked later, you have the document.
Windows and Android
The same program runs on the desktop and on a tablet in the field. On tablets the serial number can be scanned with the camera.
15-day free trial
After installation the program runs as the full version for 15 days. The trial is per product; trying one tool does not shorten another's.
One licence, two platforms
A licence key works on both the Windows and Android builds — you do not buy them separately.
Where they sit
First commissioning, then reading
1 · The module is fitted on site
A communication module is mounted on the water or heat meter.
2 · The tool commissions it
Serial number, index and clock are written; every value is verified by reading it back and recorded in the log.
3 · The NovuSoft panel reads it
Commissioned meters are read over M-Bus, wM-Bus, RF, LoRaWAN or the field app; indexes land in the archive.
4 · Heat cost is allocated
Cost allocation statements are produced under Turkish regulation 26847 and delivered to residents.

Questions about the tools
Which tool should I download?
If you work with meters from several brands, download Novus Master Tool — it recognises five meter families and identifies the device itself. If you only work with one brand, that brand's tool gives you a simpler interface.
Do these replace the meter reading software?
No, they do different jobs. These tools commission the module: they write serial number, index and clock. The NovuSoft panel then reads those commissioned meters remotely and calculates heat cost allocation. The two are used one after the other.
How do we get a licence?
At the end of the trial the program asks for a licence key. Contact us for one — we will discuss how many devices and which tools you need and send the key.
Is the Android build on Google Play?
Packages are currently downloaded directly from our licence server. You may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings.
What happens to the data when the trial ends?
The log stays on your device and can still be exported. Once a licence is entered, the program continues where it left off.
