The calculation follows the regulation
Measured consumption and floor area split, domestic hot water, minimum heating and the rules for units that cannot be measured are each parameters in the billing wizard. Which parameter was used is visible on the statement.

The statement is complete
Regulation requires measurement dates and values, calculation tables, total cost, allocation ratios, the amount due and the payment deadline. The statement carries all of them.

Statements must be posted at the building entrance. The posting list carries no email, phone or unit-specific link; the delivery tracking list that does carry personal data is separate and for management only.

Let your customer use your software
The panel opens under your name
Your customer sees your brand: sign-in screen, panel logo, corporate colours and domain are yours. The software provider's name appears nowhere.
Documents carry your identity
Cost allocation statements, posting lists and notification emails go out with your logo and contact details.
The app is published from your account
The resident app is published on the App Store and Google Play through your own developer account, under your own name.
Data can stay on your servers
For corporate and public sector work this is often the deciding condition: personal data never leaves the organisation and you are the single point of accountability.

Frequently asked questions
What metering companies ask
We are a licensed metering organisation. Will this hold up in an audit?
An audit asks two things: which rule the calculation followed, and how the measurement was evidenced. On the calculation side, the consumption–floor area split, domestic hot water, minimum heating and estimation rules are parameters in the billing wizard, and the parameters used appear on the statement. On the measurement side, the reading archive is never purged, a remotely read index cannot be edited by hand, and any period can be exported to Excel.
We have taken over sites with meters from several brands. Can we read them all?
Reading is based on the M-Bus and wM-Bus protocols rather than any manufacturer's own software, so heat, hot water, cold water and electricity meters producing standard telegrams are read regardless of brand. You do not need to replace meters on sites you take over.
Can we serve under our own brand?
Yes. The panel opens with your name, logo and domain; statements and notifications carry your identity; the resident app is published from your developer account. If you prefer, the whole installation runs on your own servers and data never leaves your organisation.
Some sites we took over have no modems. Can we manage them here too?
Yes. Where there is no modem infrastructure, the entire reading is done through the field app; barcode matching, instant validation and mandatory photos close the errors manual reading brings. The billing engine is identical, so a mixed portfolio is managed in one panel.
