If you contact us through this website, the identity and contact data you provide — name, phone number, email address and company information — is processed.

In projects where the NovuSoft software is used, the name, unit information, contact details and consumption data of an owner or tenant are processed on behalf of the metering company or site management you receive service from. In that relationship NovuSoft acts as a data processor.

Personal data is processed to run the demo and quotation process you have requested, to establish and perform a contract, to deliver the service, to meet obligations arising from heat cost allocation legislation, to prepare and deliver cost allocation statements, and to resolve legal disputes.

Data is processed on the grounds set out in KVKK Article 5/2: performance of a contract (5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (5/2-ç), establishment or protection of a right (5/2-e) and legitimate interest (5/2-f). Commercial electronic messages are sent only on the basis of your explicit consent.

Personal data may be transferred to hosting and infrastructure providers so the service can be delivered, to email and SMS service providers for notification delivery, and to authorised public institutions where legally required. Transfers are made within the framework of KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation and retention periods; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
