The regulation's calculation order
Common area share, heat loss, usage share and unit consumption are calculated in the order set by the Turkish heat cost allocation regulation. Parameters are defined once and carried into later periods.
Unread meters do not stop the run
Where a unit could not be read, the comparison or average rule applies; the statement shows which unit was calculated by which method.
A closed period can be reopened
Closed periods are archived. If a correction is needed later, the period reopens and the changed values and affected statements are listed.
Statements come out ready
Unit cost allocation statements are produced as PDF and the full breakdown exports to Excel. The management template and logo are set once.
No internet required
Calculation and document generation happen on the computer, so periods can be closed on projects without a panel subscription.
Two operating systems, one licence
The same licence key works on the Windows and macOS builds; teams running Mac in the office and Windows in the field do not buy two licences.
